Welcoming Bezenwepwy as a global moderator!

Em hotep!

We are pleased to welcome Bezenwepwy, an independent Wepwawet cultist, as a global moderator for the KIN Forums. Thank you for offering to help us out.

Per the forums, we are still seeking a few area moderators and/or global moderators, and we are reviewing the applications we have received.

Currently KIN has openings for 2-5 topic moderators and webstaff assistants. These are unpaid (volunteer) positions, with the following job requirements:

– Able to check the forums at least once per day (with common-sense understandings for traveling, computer problems, or illness)

– Mature and willing to be fair and diplomatic to any member of the community in moderating topics and enforcing the forum rules, and able to do so in a friendly and engaging manner

– Some background in Kemetic religion desirable; priesthood status or Egyptological training are not required, but familiarity with topics is necessary.

– Previous or current experience in forum moderation, or familiarity with UBBthreads software.

We request that our moderators are all 18 years of age or older. We welcome moderators from all backgrounds and temples, as well as independent devotees.

If you are interested in a moderator position, please send an email to admin@kemetic.info , or send a private message to Webmaster via this forum indicating your experience and interest.

Thanks!

Welcome to KIN!

We’re very excited to be getting this project off the ground. There will be quite a bit of construction on the site as it gets going, so please pardon our dust. If you are a representative of a Kemetic organization and would like to write a blog for this site, or volunteer to moderate the forums, please contact us at admin@kemetic.info for more information. Dua-Netjer enten!
